bajibip Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the bajibip platform and its users. By using bajibip's website, mobile application, or any other service, you automatically agree to these terms. Please make sure you have read and understood these terms in full. General Terms

1.1 Effectiveness of the Agreement

bajibip ("we", "our", "Company") operates an online gaming and betting platform. These terms and conditions govern all aspects of using the platform. As a user ("you", "your"), by accessing this platform you agree to comply with the following terms.

1.2 Definitions

  • Platform: bajibip's website (https://bajibip.cam), mobile application, and all associated services.
  • Account: A user's registered profile for using the platform.
  • Bet: Placing money on any game or event.
  • Balance: The monetary amount held in a user's account.
  • Bonus Funds: Additional credits granted as part of a promotion.

bajibip operates in compliance with all applicable international gaming regulations. The Company's interpretation and application of these terms shall be considered final. Any disputes will be resolved through the relevant international arbitration process.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the bajibip platform. 21+ Only individuals aged 21 or above may register and play on this platform. We may request proof of age verification at any time. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Conditions

  • Each individual may create only one account.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Providing false information may result in account termination.
  • Multiple members of the same household may create separate accounts, however operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
  • You must provide a valid mobile number and email address at the time of registration.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We follow an identity verification process to ensure the security of financial transactions. We may request the following documents before large withdrawals or in the case of any suspicious activity:

  • Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash or other account)

The withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension or Termination

bajibip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any condition in these terms
  • Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Provision of false information
  • Misuse of our payment system
  • Receipt of a court order or direction from a law enforcement agency

3.3 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for deposits at bajibip: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The deposit process is generally completed instantly. Deposit funds must come from the user's own source — third-party funds are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time is 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made if bonus fund wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Currency and Fees

bajibip processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently do not charge any service fee for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — bajibip is not responsible for those.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 earns a ৳20,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20).

  • Only specific games count toward wagering calculations — see the promotions page for details.
  • Bonus funds and real money are managed separately.
  • Wagering must be completed before the promotion expires.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players across bajibip's four VIP tiers receive weekly cashback:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

You can move up to a higher tier through regular activity and gaming participation.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bajibip does not tolerate abuse of the bonus program. Bonuses may be cancelled and accounts may be suspended in the following cases:

  • Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers
  • Attempting to meet bonus conditions in a coordinated or group manner
  • Applying strategies to meet bonus conditions through low-risk bets

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games available on bajibip are operated through trusted technology providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI). All game outcomes are determined by a fair Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

6.2 Bet Validity

  • If a technical error occurs during a game session, the bet may be considered void.
  • In the event of a disconnection, the game server's record will be considered final.
  • For sports betting, the official result of the event will apply.
  • Separate betting rules apply to cricket, football (BPL, IPL, T20), and other sports events.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

bajibip firmly believes in fair play. Using any software bots, automation systems, or third-party tools to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account and all associated winnings may be confiscated.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajibip platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Registering using a third party's identity
  • Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
  • Defrauding or threatening other users
  • Collusion or coordinated manipulation
  • Using bots or automated software
  • Copying or distributing platform content without authorization

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above activities are detected, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account
  • Confiscation of all associated winnings
  • Notifying the relevant authorities
  • Taking legal action

bajibip accepts no liability in the following cases:

  • Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence
  • Issues arising from third-party services (payment gateways, game providers)
  • Service suspension due to unforeseen legal or regulatory changes

In any circumstance, bajibip's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction related to the specific incident in question.
